How to Create Frequency in SAP SuccessFactors
You can create frequency in SAP SuccessFactors by using the following configuration steps
Step 1: Navigate: Admin Center -> EMP Files -> Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structure -> Create New -> Frequency
To display the existing frequency from Organization, Pay and Job Structures screen, you can view the existing frequency by choosing the frequency from search.
Step 2: To create new frequency in SAP SuccessFactors, choose the drop down list from create new option and select the option Frequency.
Step 3: On frequency entries screen, update the following details
- Frequency id: Enter the new frequency id to be created
- Name: Enter the name of frequency
- Description: Enter the descriptive text of frequency
- Annualization factor: Enter the annualization factor for frequency,
After maintaining the required details, click on save option and save the created frequency in SAP SuccessFactors.
How to display Frequency in SAP SuccessFactors
All the existing frequency in SAP SuccessFactors can be displayed by using the following steps
Navigate: Admin Center -> Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structure -> Search: choose the location from the dropdown list -> Search -> Frequency
- To modify the Frequency, click on Take Action and click on Make Corrections.
- To delete Frequency, click on Take Action and click on permanently delete record.
