How to maintain a profile for default values in SAP Hana QM
When you are maintaining inspection plans, you can enter a profile identifier. The values in the profile are proposed when you create a new inspection plan or plan object.

- Default values for Quality Assurance
Maintain Default Values for Routings
You can maintain a profile for default values in SAP Quality Management by using the following navigation method.

Step 1: Execute transaction code SPRO and choose “SAP Reference IMG”
Step 2: On the display IMG screen, follow the IMG menu path Quality Management – Quality Planning – Inspection Planning – General and Maintain Profile for Default Values.
Step 3: On the select activity screen, double click on “Profile: default values plan/general”
Step 4: On change view: Default Values for routings” details screen, maintain the required details for default values and click on save button to save the details.
Default values for Quality Assurance
Step 1: Go back to the activity screen, and double click on profile: default values plan/charac.
Step 2: On the change view “Default values for quality assurance” details screen, update the required default values, click on the Save button, and save the details.
Successfully we have maintained default values for a profile in SAP Hana QM.
